Thank you for shopping with Hogwarts Light! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Processing

All orders are pre-order items. Each product is made-to-order and goes through a production process before shipping. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your order to be produced and processed.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and processed, shipping takes an additional 1–2 weeks depending on your location. Total estimated delivery time from the date of purchase is 4–6 weeks.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hogwartslight1@outlook.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
